We don't publish a price list yet, because we haven't yet met a customer whose system was the same shape as the last one. Tell us how your operation runs and you'll get a written number.

What moves the number.
Nothing here is a surprise at signature. We work these out with you before anything is written down, and the proposal separates one-off work from what you pay monthly.
- Scope
- How much of your operation the system covers, and how many entities and screens that takes to define.
- People
- How many users, and in which roles. Occasional users are not priced like someone who lives in the system all day.
- Integrations
- How many trading partners, and over which interfaces. Most are mapping work; a few are genuinely new.
- Custom development
- Anything genuinely unique to you that sits outside what the definition can express. Quoted separately, and you own it.
- Volume
- Transaction and document volume, because that is what drives the hosting underneath.
- Setup
- Data migration, configuration and training to get you live — a one-off, stated separately from the subscription.
